Scottish & Sentimental Touches

Thistles and heather worked in for a Scottish note, tartan ribbon to match the kilts, a single stem for an empty chair, petal confetti or a small posy to press and keep.

How Wedding Planning Works With Us

  1. Send us the basics — your date, your venue and a rough idea of the look you're after.
  2. We send our wedding price list — real figures up front, before you commit to anything.
  3. Sit down with us in the shop — free, unhurried and with no obligation. Bring photos, colours and a swatch, and we'll talk through what's at its best in your month.
  4. Read your written quote — itemised line by line and built around your list, not a fixed package.
  5. Confirm closer to the day — final numbers, delivery times and exactly where each piece needs to be.
  6. Wedding morning — everything made fresh, delivered on time and set in place at the venue by us.

No Packages, No Minimum Spend

Every wedding matters here, whatever the budget sitting behind it. Telling us what you're comfortable spending isn't a test — it just means the ideas we come back with are ones you can happily say yes to, rather than a quote you have to talk us down from.

Some couples book the lot, aisle to cake table. Others book one bouquet and a handful of buttonholes, and that's every bit as welcome. We'll be straight with you about where flowers really earn their place in a room, and where the money quietly disappears.

You don't need the right words for it yet either. Bring a saved photo, a piece of bridesmaid fabric or one flower you keep coming back to, and we'll build outwards from there until it looks like your wedding.

Have a look through our flower collection to get a feel for how we work, or get in touch if you'd rather ask a question first.

What Couples Usually Ask Us

How far ahead should we book?

Most couples come to us six to twelve months before the day, though we can often help at shorter notice. Summer Saturdays fill first, so get in touch as soon as you have a date — even if nothing else is decided.

Is there a minimum spend?

None. Small weddings are as welcome as large ones. The budget options on the enquiry form simply help us suggest designs that suit what you'd like to spend.

Do you deliver and set up at the venue?

Yes. Bouquets and buttonholes come to wherever you're getting ready, then we take the ceremony and reception flowers to the venue and put them in place ourselves.

Can you work to our colour scheme?

Yes. Bring a piece of the bridesmaid fabric, your stationery or a few saved photographs and we'll choose stems that sit alongside them instead of fighting with them.

Can you include thistles, heather or tartan?

Gladly — it's in the name. Thistles, heather and tartan ribbon all work beautifully alongside roses and seasonal foliage, whether you want a light nod to it or the whole Scottish look.

What if a flower we want isn't available?

Growing seasons and market supply shift week to week. If something can't be sourced for your date we'll tell you early and offer a close match in the same colour and character.

Is the consultation really free?

It is, with no obligation afterwards. Come in, have a chat, take the price list away and think it over. We'd far rather you were sure.
